There were a writing desk, a chair, and a safe in my classic queen room.

Great location, walk from a railway station. For tea or coffee visit Starbucks nearby. Welcoming and accommodating staff on the check-out.

The hotel was clean with particularly good and magnificent location very close to the regional train station which was great and newly decorated rooms. Public parking nearby provided. Not to mention excellent wifi!

The value for money at Modern Est was excellent! The room was clean, modern, and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a wide variety of restaurants nearby. The staff, especially the receptionist, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Menu for breakfast could be improved with the addition of a kettle and cups/plates.

We asked for the twin room with a nice bathroom and it was ready when arrived. A mini fridge bar, a personal safe, and an iron were much appreciated.

I asked for classic queen room with a bath, had a really great stay. Booked it for £ 83.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just steps away from the Gare d Est train stop and a short walk from Gare du Nord train station. Being so close to the bus stop to Notre Dame was also convenient. The hotel provided more than enough towels and the bed was comfortable. Despite not having air conditioning, opening the window and using the fan kept the room cool enough. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing information in English.

During our stay, we experienced a small inconvenience with the shower being tiny, but it didn't hinder our overall experience at the hotel. Other than that, the room had everything we needed and was quite big for the price we paid.

Very convenient for access to the airport and other parts of Paris being near to the Gare de l'est. Accommodation was perfectly adequate and always clean and comfortable.

The hotel was fairly clean and had competent and friendly staff on the check-out. The rooms were recently refurbished and large with bath, plenty of pillows plus the bedroom, I liked that. Prime location for visiting restaurants and bars near the venue. There was plenty of restaurants and bakeries to choose from.
